Order, Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Pre -Order: All Idella pieces are made and delivered on pre-order.
- Shipping & Delivery fee: This fee is calculated during checkout and is dependent on your location
- Order Confirmation: As soon as payment is made, your order will be confirmed between 30 mins - 4 hours. you will receive an email or text confirmation showing your order details.
- Order Processing: Once order is confirmed, it will take 2 - 3 days to be processed.
- Dispatch Notifications: Once shipment has been booked, you will be contacted by our courier partner via email, text or phone call.
- Delivery Time: Nation wide Delivery (within Nigeria), expected delivery time is 14 - 21 working days.
- while for International Delivery, expected delivery time is 21 - 40 working days. your estimated delivery time will be communicated to you during checkout.
- Dispatch Notification: If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to us.
- Item not delivered?: if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because package may have been delayed by the courier service.
