Return and Exchange Policy

In Idella we pride our self in making products that we hope you find irresistible. however, if you are unsatisfied with your order please find our return policy guide below:

• No Cash Refunds: We are unable to give cash refunds because each item is produced on your order and not on mass production.

• For exchange to be accepted and valid, we must be informed within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• We only accept nation wide exchanges on valid reasons

• We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandises in their original unused condition including original tags attached.

• Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shippers address on file.

• You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.

• Returns require a minimum of 2 - 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days to process your return upon arrival at our ware house.

• All merchandise should be returned within 3 - 5 days after delivery.
